✦To ensure a high standard of professionalism, all reservations are subject to a minimum $300 security deposit hold and a digital rental agreement, this is a common practice among top professional hosts. This hold is not an upfront charge and is similar to the card hold at any hotel. It will go back onto your card two days after check-out, assuming everything went smoothly. In the rare case of damages or missing property beyond $300, we are authorized to charge your card accordingly. This aligns with Airbnbs policy’s with hosts using API-connected software.

✦Our home is equipped with a noise monitor that measures the decibel levels inside the house. Please note that the monitor does not record any conversations or sounds. Its sole purpose is to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the property. We kindly ask our guests to respect the noise levels and keep any loud activities to a minimum. In the event that the monitor is tampered with, turned off, or removed, we reserve the right to terminate the guest’s stay immediately without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.

✦Please remember this is our home, not a hotel, and we ask that you treat it with respect. While there is no staff on site, we are readily available by message or phone to assist with any needs, and by booking, you confirm that you have read the entire description and house rules.
✦The prime location offers easy access to the city’s best attractions, though it does come with some typical downtown noise and the possibility of encountering homeless individuals, which is common in urban areas. If that’s something you’re not used to, after your initial check-in, you can use the front lobby or secure underground parkade to avoid these concerns. As a ground-floor unit, you also have the benefit of multiple access points, including the convenient patio entrance.
