Your pets are welcome here and we’ve designed the space with that in mind. Just let us know in advance if you’re bringing a furry companion so we can prepare the home with extra care.
A standard pet fee of $75 ($81.75 with tax) per pet applies to short stays of 1 to 4 nights and will be automatically included at checkout when supported by the booking platform. If you are bringing more than one pet or staying longer than 4 nights, additional pet fees will apply and will be charged separately after booking.
$150 for stays of 5 to 13 nights
$300 for 14 nights or more

All extra fees are subject to 5% GST and 4% Alberta Tourism Levy for a total of 9%.

Security Deposit and Rental Agreement
To maintain a high standard of care, a security deposit hold of three hundred dollars is required. This is not an upfront charge and will be automatically released two days after checkout assuming there are no issues. In rare cases of damage beyond the deposit amount, we may charge your card in accordance with Airbnb’s policies for professional hosts using API connected software. A digital rental agreement will also be provided and is required to complete check-in
