The side and rear yard are yours to enjoy and wooden walkways have been added to maintain clean and easy access during sidewalk installation.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A fee of seventy five dollars per pet applies and can be added after booking through the guest app. Please review the house rules for full details regarding pet stays
Security Deposit and Rental Agreement
To maintain a high standard of care, a security deposit hold of three hundred dollars is required. This is not an upfront charge and will be automatically released two days after checkout assuming there are no issues. In rare cases of damage beyond the deposit amount, we may charge your card in accordance with Airbnb’s policies for professional hosts using API connected software. A digital rental agreement will also be provided and is required to complete check-in
Security Devices
For peace of mind, exterior cameras are installed at the front door, back door, backyard and driveway. These devices monitor only the exterior and are in place for guest safety

This is a well-maintained home and not a hotel. We ask all guests to treat the space with care and respect. While there is no staff on site, our team is available by message or phone for anything you need.
